I bet you that you cannot find any symphony orchestra, without a person in his penguin suit, waving his hands gently in-front of people. Every where you find this type of guy with his teammates to give an extra ordinary performance. If any one the Orchestra team miss their tune then the entire program collapses. So, every one should be well trained and must have minimum experience to give or perform this types of program. Hence, to perform a better performance by the orchestra conductor, his teammates should also perform a better performance. Because, an orchestra conductor cannot do all the work alone.

But, this came into existence, where an orchestra conductor can perform a mind blowing performance and all depends upon the orchestra conductor. Because, the students of ECAL, a school in Switzerland for Arts and Design, have designed this and proved themselves in what they are. They proved that an orchestra conductor can perform well without players. Because, here all the players are laptops. We are sure that a human being can go wrong but a computer will not, because it is all designed in such a way that nothing can go wrong when we assign any task to the computer.

This project is designed by Simon de Diesbach, Jonas Lacôte, and Laura Perrenoud, and an orchestra conductor including twenty four laptops, which acts as players loaded with some samples of data. This is all designed in a crowd sourced platform, in which it senses that motion of the orchestra conductor hands. It is all done in a 3-D space, where the orchestra moves his hands in the 3-D space, and the sample loaded data plays by sensing the hands of the conductor. To increase the volume of the computer for a particular sample, the conductor just need to raise one hand at a particular zone and wave the other hand for a particular tune. Even though this is very easy to perform but, hard to design, but designed with keeping in mind about the harmonious output. The students say that there is no need of great skills or an expert to give a better performance, any one can do it.

By using computers as players, people can experience an unique listening. The sound will be completely different in all parts of the 3-D space and where you stand. The students say that this project is entirely different and will give a better experience if we watch it in live rather than that of a screen. Designing this application is one step and installing this application in all the laptops which they have borrowed from their friends, keeping the laptops charged all the day long and building the setup is all a mess says the students.

Hence, this an example to say that our technology is at its peak. It may even go more crazier.
