Finally the Samsung Galaxy S II is officially unveiled. Being true to its reputation it is quite impressive with better specs and modern and redefined design.
The Galaxy S II, word’s thinnest Android smartphone is just 8.49mm, thinner than Xperia Arc. It packs together a larger and improved display with 4.27- inch 800 x 480 Super AMOLED Plus, an 8 megapixel primary camera with LED flash capable of 1080p video recording, 2MP front-facing camera, a dual- core 1GHz Samsung chip, 1 GB of RAM, bumped at TouchWiz 4.0, NFC capabilities and is powered by Android 2.3 Gingerboard.
It is also a comparatively lighter phone weighing 116g in comparison with 119g found on the first Galaxy S. But there still hasn’t been any word on the pricing.
